First day

We made it to North Palm Beach within a minimum of flight-related mishaps, and probably the maximum amount of sanity retained for any nine-hour aerial adventure.
This morning I stepped outside onto the warm bricks and wrote a haiku:
Mockingbirds, stray cat
Lizards scurry underfoot
Today will be hot.

I have the following questions about it:
What is up with the paths? [...]

Stream of multitasking

I was wondering what prevented the mold spores I inadvertently inhaled while taking these photos from implanting in my moist, dark lungs, and a friend (”FRIEND”) pointed out that nothing really does, so people [...]

Today has been too long

Whenever I try to come up with an analogy, it usually involves poop. I don’t really know why, but I think poop might be my spirit animal. Also, I was raised by my father, who swears like a sailor, so blame him. (And my spirit animal.)
The above was supposed to somehow segue [...]
